Overview
Credit is promotional credit awarded by CTGbnb that is valid towards the booking of eligible services offered on the GTGbnb Platform. Credit: (i) expires on the date provided at the time of issuance or as otherwise communicated by CTGbnb; (ii) is non-refundable and non-transferable, and may not be used to book on behalf of third parties; (iii) cannot be applied to previous bookings; and (iv) is not cash, currency, a stored value product or a gift card product. You may not purchase or sell Credit, and CTGbnb does not sell Credit. Airbnb reserves the right to cancel any bookings that violate these CTGbnb Terms and void any associated Credit. Credit may be subject to additional terms and limitations provided at the time of issuance or as otherwise communicated by CTGbnb.
How it Works
Credit may be applied during checkout and will reduce the cost of that booking by the applied amount. You are not required to apply Credit to your next booking and may elect to apply it to a later booking. If less than the total available balance of your Credit is applied to a booking, the balance will remain in your Airbnb account until used or expiration, whichever occurs first.
If you apply Credit to a booking and the booking is canceled, you will be refunded based on the Host’s cancellation policy and/or other applicable CTGbnb policies. Applicable refund amounts related to Credit you used for the canceled booking will be refunded as Credit available for future use; if Credit you used for the canceled booking has expired since the booking date, applicable refund amounts may be subject to additional terms and limitations provided at the time of issuance or as otherwise communicated by CTGbnb. Applicable refund amounts related to the amount paid with your Payment Method (for example, your credit or debit card) will be refunded to that Payment Method.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your Credit, please contact us. CTGbnb may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your Credit.
